All reseller accounts come with both cPanel & WHM control panels, WHM is where you will create, manage & delete your hosting accounts. cPanel is where the hosting accounts are managed such as uploading files, adding & checking email, changing password, installing scripts etc. You will get a root account for cPanel so you can access all accounts, and customers get a private account to manage just their hosting.
